I purchased a CFMoto Uforce 1000, and had a wonderful experience at the Marysville Cycle Barn. My sales person was Corey Floyd, and he was friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions and had everything ready when I went to pick the Uforce up. While I was there I test drove the Uforce and unknowingly lost one of my earrings in the snow. Jeff Harris went above and beyond to reach out to me when the ATV I was looking for arrived on the showroom floor. We ride ATVs in the Oregon dunes and we needed a Honda 250TRX with the semi-automatic clutch for our daughter with special needs. When I reached out to Jeff Harris several weeks earlier, he told me that he did not have any Honda 250s in stock, but he wrote my name and number down anyways. When he saw a magenta Honda 250TRX come in, he called me right away. My husband and I drove up from Vancouver, WA the next Saturday to pick it up. My wife and I recently bought Bluetooth communicators so we could keep in touch riding two motorcycles. Chrysteana went out of her to help, order and then install the units. They i its did not perform as expected and she spent a great deal of time researching what other units would be adequate and fir our helmets. She even contacted the helmet maker and the Bluetooth rep. We decided on a different unit and she installed them. The entire transaction was easy. Chrysteana is a champion.

This was my first time buying a brand new motorcycle. I have owned lots of bikes but never gone through a dealer. This experience with Cycle Barn was a very positive one.
I negotiated with David and he was very helpful with the whole process and I got a killer deal. I worked with Carley for the actual purchase and got an extended warranty. Dale showed me the ins and outs of the bike and both he and Gregg lent a hand with loading my bike.

I needed to get my FZ1 serviced and I chose Cycle Barn because I wanted the best servicing my FZ1. Angela in service is a wealth of knowledge and is a great communicator and that set up the most enjoyable and trusted business to customer relationship from the beginning. A good amount of work needed to be performed on my FZ1, overhauled carbs, brakes, front suspension and 24,000 mile service. Angela did so much to keep costs as low as possible, even matching prices I found online. She kept in contact with me with updates on how everything was progressing every couple of days. Now the technician Joe L. He performed all the labor on my bike, and that guy he knows bikes, I want to thank him for his most excellent technician skills, my FZ1 runs and rides like brand new, and I get on my bike and have the most confidence in it. Absolutely perfect work done. I met Johnathan in service who also knows his job very well and is very professional (even though he is Team Green) LOL Johnathan, also a great communicator. So over all Cycle Barn you lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for employing the best at what they do. Bike on!!!!

There was an issue with the motorcycle I purchased. Cycle Barn provided the best example of excellent customer service I have ever seen anywhere in resolving the issue, and I'm 70 years old. They really mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy. I would enthusiastically recommend Cycle Barn to friends.

"Pouring rain, monsoon like I had ridden for a tank of gas in and I was still dry but apperently my bike was not. pulled off the slab to refuel and continue on the waterlogged express. Turned the key in the station and there was that sickening clicketyclick noise as something electrical goes sadly wrong. The guys at the station pointed me at you and the phone call began. Right from the start your staff was polite sympathetic, I spoke to one of the young ladies in service she immediately found out how long your guys could be there to pick it up and help me out .. less than 20 minutes later the truck and trailer were there and the big was rolled in cinched up and tied down off we went .. once at the cycle barn the task of locating the issue began, which they did .. not good, but we are now talking bits and pieces .. the personel were great ... the service I will speak of when I get the bike back but for now consider me a loyal customer of your establishment thanks for your help, the phone rang the next day it was you guys making sure I had gotten home safely .. so how is that for personal service .. again thanks very much Ian "

"Thank you guys for your hard work in service center and parts center. My wife and I had planned to do a trip to Winthrop and then Leavenworth. We left last Sunday July 15th. My buddy was over last the 14th and told me my back tire was really worn. So at 1:30pm I called Smokeypoint Cyclebarn. I asked if they could put a new back tire on. They were very busy. I begged and told them I was leaving town the 15th on the bike. They told me they would get it done if I got up there quickly. I was up there by 2pm. I spoke to Aaron in service. He sent me to Parts where I worked with Doug (Great parts guy, I have worked with him before) for a new tire. We went out to my bike and he asked if I was going to replace the front. I told him I didnt think so. He looked at it again and looked at me and said nothing. He then spoke to Aaron. Aaron came over and pleaded with me to replace the front as well. He said he didnt feel comfortable with me going on that long of a trip with that tire. I asked if he had time to replace both tires by EOD. He said they would make it happen. The best part is that they did complete on time. I was really impressed how accommodating they were. Plus it gave me a peace at mind. Great job guys!!! My trip was great!!! Plus I can now corner much better."

"As a brand-new motorcyclist, I could not have hoped for better service and motorcycle/accessories than provided by Smokey Point Cycle Barn: In fact, I preferred them so much that I drove from S. of Seattle often just to do business with them (over several months)! Most specifically, they took care of every minor and major detail in order that my Yamaha V-Star package met every new rider requirement and, as important, was within my current college student budget. All Smokey Point Cycle Barn personnel did a great job in helping me succeed as a new rider; the following are especially note-worthy: PAT NELAND, as the head Sales Manager, showed outstanding leadership by providing not only skilled direction for other personnel, but also by helping me directly achieve my bike-rider requirements as a Navy Reservist at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in need of economical transportation for long commutes. Similarly, as a skilled professional with years in the industry, Assistant Sales Manager JENNIFER BROWN spent the greatest amount of time over months to make sure the equipment package selected would actually meet my needs and developed the final sale package. This included such matters as type of riding required, bike performance and limitations, economy, maintenance, etc. She showed great patience: Thanks, Jen! SARAH YARCHO, Business Manager, also demonstrated exacting attention to detail. Special emphasis was on financing that was reasonable, manageable and to the customer's (me!) satisfaction. She also successfully alerted me to the need for financial protection in the event the bike was stolen or damaged in use. LUKE DAWSON, who has known and ridden bikes since he was practically 5 years old, served as the proven Service Manager. He ensured I was informed of every particular about how to get the best service life out of the motorcycle and made certain the several extra accessories required were installed exactly according to spec. His hands-on approach showed he cared about the quality of all completed work. Finally, and certainly not the least, HINES STALEN provided much detailed information in actually operating the new motorcycle. He informed me of the particulars of correct gear- shifting procedures and the warnings signs of RPM speeds being out of limits. Also, he specified the proper method to break in the new motorcycle. We actually went out and test-drove the cycle to ensure all systems were AOK--which they were! I had a great time with jen my sale women.She got me the bike that was the corrcect fit even though it was alot less then the one I wanted. I would have bought the wrong bike if she did not step in and correct my mistake.She also got me 1.9 finance and I almost took the wrong loan she saved me twice! Then to top it off she gave me a free helmet .Bell full face that match the bike so cool thank cycle barn .I will be back soon for another bike.I want to have a On/off road and total street bike.The street bkie is next .I now have a daul Honda 230L and looking at a shawdow.O I need a bike trailer I am going to the barn to check that out tuesday. "years ago i blew a tire and it was flat and i was at least 20 minutes from any bike shop and stranded on the roadside. When i called the service manager for a tow refferral Barry asked where i was, and stay right there, we are on the way. In 30 minutes the had my bike loaded and towed away, tire replaced the next day. Now thats service. Last year i damaged a tire on my Concours C-14 and they had exactly the identical tire in stock and mounted and balanced as i waited, hands down a great shop if you need the extra customer care."

"I participated in a GWRRA Ride on April 12th and during the ride my rear tire became damaged. Cycle Barn sent out a truck and trailer to haul my bike back to the store at no cost to me. While waiting for the truck to arrive, I found that I didn't have sufficient funds with me in the event that I would have to purchase a new tire. I was hoping that the tire could be saved by a simple repair. As it turned out, the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced. Jim Dann, whom I believe is the service manager, worked with me and we came up with a resolution to my problem. Needless to say, I was very pleased that he was able to get me back on the road in about 2 hours. The service that I received from Cycle Barn is the type of service that we should get wherever we go but so often go without. This was my first experience with Cycle Barn but will definately not be my last. " I have been to your store three times in the last month. Our newest sled is a 1998, but your parts department, and Aaron in particular have gone above and beyond. I am obviously not a high dollar customer. Today, Aaron spent twenty plus minutes trying to and locating the parts I needed for my 1990 Polaris 500. He even shopped for the best price!
